Setting up an account
To begin with, just send us the appropriate, completed account application form, which you can download below. We will then check your details, before advising you by email the result, together with your account reference details and online ordering system login info.

Placing an order
We accept purchase orders via:
Online stock and ordering system
Once logged in to our online ordering system you will be able to view your pricing, see live stock availability, product information and PDF downloads on our full product range.
You will be able to process your orders quickly and simply, allowing you to pay via card, or add your order to your credit account as required.
On completion of order an automated PDF invoice will be emailed to you along with relevant delivery and tracking information.
Order confirmations
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending an automated email with a PDF invoice attachment along with any relevant delivery and tracking information.
Order progressing
Once you have placed an order with us, you can check its progress with us by emailing or calling your sales contact on 0843 289 7195. Or +44 (0)1233 650457. However, if for reasons beyond our control we are unable to meet your required delivery date, we will do our best to advise you in advance.
Order tracking
We ship all our goods via InterLink Express who have a variety of timed next day deliveries and a 1 hour window facility so you will know within an hour what time your order will arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to monitor its progress via their "Track and Trace" facility on their website. The tracking information will be emailed to you on dispatch of order.
If you require proof of delivery, we are also able to obtain this from the Track and Trace system.
Invoicing
We will raise and email an invoice to you as soon as we have processed your order.
